The grounds are charming and the clean, spacious bathrooms were a highlight, making it easy to feel comfortable. However, the service at the bar was lacking, and some spa amenities were not properly maintained. Overall, a pleasant experience with room for improvement.

We had a great time relaxing by the spa lounge and taking a soothing full body massage during our stay. The room was spacious and luxurious, making it feel like a treat to unwind after exploring. One minor hiccup was a slight wait for breakfast items, but everything else was top-notch. I’d recommend checking this place out for a nice getaway! 😊

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was super friendly, and the buffet breakfast had amazing options, including made-to-order pancakes that our kids loved. Plus, the beautiful grounds and spacious rooms made it convenient for our family with two small kids.
My kids wished for a more kid-friendly pool area.

The Castle Hotel & Spa provided an excellent business environment with expansive meeting spaces and professional staff. My deluxe double room was spacious and well-furnished, allowing for a productive stay. The onsite restaurant offered a delightful selection of meals, and the overall ambiance was conducive to focus and relaxation.
Wi-Fi connectivity was somewhat inconsistent, which made it challenging to work without interruptions.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk greeted me warmly. My room had a nice, spacious layout with comfortable furnishings. The bed felt wonderful after a long day, perfect for a good night's sleep. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. it had a great variety of options and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The grounds around the hotel were picturesque, making walks pleasant. However, I encountered issues with the spa. The additional costs for access seemed high given the price of my stay, especially since robes weren’t readily available. I faced long wait times for food service in the restaurant. Although the food quality was good, the experience was marred by needing to wait too long. The soundproofing in the room wasn’t great either. I could hear noises from outside and adjacent rooms, which disrupted my sleep. The power issue during my stay was troubling, particularly because I rely on a CPAP machine. The staff were friendly and accommodating, addressing me promptly when I raised my concerns. I appreciated their willingness to follow up after my stay, offering a complimentary night in the future. It’s clear they care about improving the guest experience.
